He has supported the development of regulatory and policy frameworks for advanced therapies, including stem-cell and gene therapies, as well as precision medicine and real-world evidence. He has also led assessments of pharmaceutical regulatory functions, clinical-trial oversight, laboratory capabilities, supply-chain traceability, manufacturing incentives, investment barriers, and institutional readiness.
