Balqees Al Makhmari is currently serving as Director of Investment Empowerment at the Ministry of Health, Oman, where she advises on healthcare investment strategies and investment opportunities. She brings extensive experience spanning investment, accounting, consultancy, and marketing, complemented by applied roles across government, banking, and academia. Balqees holds a Master of Business Administration from Sultan Qaboos University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at the University of Malaya. Her research focuses on healthcare digital transformation, technostress, and ICT-enabled productivity.
