Mark Dagher is a healthcare and management professional with over 10 years of global experience across both the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Management & Strategy Manager – Healthcare & Life Sciences at Frost & Sullivan MEASA, where he works on healthcare strategy and transformation, hospital operations, digital health, MedTech and life sciences, and complex healthcare programs. His expertise includes healthcare systems transformation, hospital management and service optimization, clinical operations, healthcare market access and commercial strategy, healthcare investment and feasibility, and public health and health system planning. He has worked directly with government health ministries and led complex consultancy projects, including the development of a healthcare capacity benchmarking model for Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health and a World Bank-funded healthcare strategy for Kenya valued at over USD 500 million. Mark holds a Master’s in International Healthcare Management, Economics and Policy from SDA Bocconi in Milan and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the American University of Beirut, and is a Doctor of Public Health candidate at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
