Mr. Wail Alkalbani working as the Acting Director of the Health Insurance Department at the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Oman. He acts as the regulatory lead for health insurance operations on the Dhamani platform, Oman's national platform for health insurance claims transactions, overseeing its governance across insurers, healthcare providers, and third party administrators throughout the Sultanate. 

He is a member of several medical committees across the Sultanate, contributing his regulatory and economic expertise to national healthcare policy. This role places him at the intersection of Oman's health insurance ecosystem and the broader healthcare.
