Dr. Richard Marchetti, DC, is the Clinical Director of CBP Precision Spine Center in Muscat and the practitioner who introduced Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP) to the Sultanate of Oman in 2014. 

Dr. Marchetti earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas, and brings more than 18 years of international clinical experience in chiropractic care and scoliosis management. He holds Advanced CBP® certification, a distinction earned by fewer than 200 practitioners worldwide. 

CBP is the most extensively published chiropractic technique in the peer-reviewed literature, and Dr. Marchetti's practice is built on its core principle: lasting relief comes from correcting the structure of the spine, not merely managing symptoms. Every case begins with precise radiographic analysis and is re-measured to verify the result. 

For more than a decade he has treated patients from across Oman and the GCC for chronic neck and back pain, disc conditions, scoliosis, and spinal degeneration, pairing structural correction with nutritional guidance for long-term health. He is a frequent educator on posture, spinal health, and non-surgical alternatives for chronic spinal pain.
