Dr. Syed Azhar Quadri is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 23 years of leadership experience in technical operations, global regulatory affairs, quality compliance, research & development, and pharmacovigilance. Currently serving as Director of Technical Operations at National Pharmaceutical Industries Co. SAOC (Oman) he leads multi-site operations across manufacturing, regulatory affairs, quality systems, and product development. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Syed has successfully guided regulatory approvals and product registrations in more than 20 international markets, including GCC, Africa, CIS, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States. He is recognized for driving manufacturing excellence, managing technology transfers and in-licensing projects, and ensuring compliance with global cGMP standards and regulatory requirements. 

Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions with , Ranbaxy Laboratories, and Wockhardt Ltd., Montajat Pharmaceuticals KSA, Serum Institute of India Ltd, and Fresenius Kabi, where he contributed significantly to global regulatory strategies and product approvals. 

Dr Syed holds a degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy, an MBA in Marketing & Business Administration, and a Diploma in Information Technology. He is a registered pharmacist and a recognized industry expert who regularly participates in international pharmaceutical and regulatory forums. Based in Muscat, Oman, he is known for combining technical expertise with strategic business leadership to accelerate global growth and innovation in the pharmaceutical sector.
