Mark Dagher is a healthcare and management professional with over 10 years of global experience across the public and private sectors. He currently serves as a Management & Strategy Manager – Healthcare & Life Sciences at Frost & Sullivan MEASA, specializing in healthcare strategy and transformation, hospital operations, digital health, and complex program management.

He has worked directly with government health ministries and led major healthcare consultancy projects, including healthcare capacity planning in Saudi Arabia and a World Bank-funded strategy for Kenya’s Ministry of Health. Mark holds a Master’s in International Healthcare Management, Economics and Policy from SDA Bocconi, a Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the American University of Beirut, and is a Doctor of Public Health candidate at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
