Mr. Hilal Al Sarami is the CEO of the Endowment Health Foundation (ATHAR), a position he has held since 2024. He brings over 18 years of experience in the Omani healthcare sector, including senior leadership roles within the Ministry of Health, and previously served as a member of the Oman Shura Council and Chair of its Health and Environment Committee. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration and Diplomacy from the UK, along with qualifications in Healthcare Administration and Public Health. Mr. Hilal has also contributed to national health strategies, Oman Vision 2040 initiatives, and various regional and international healthcare programs.
