The Company was established under Deed of Establishment of a Limited Liability Company No. 07, dated May 6, 2000, executed before Notary R. Sabar Partakoesoemah, S.H., M.H. The manufacturing facility is situated on a land area of 2,200 square meters with a total building area of 2,400 square meters, under a Building Use Right Certificate (SHGB – Right to Build).

Since commencing operations in May 2002, the Company has been committed to supporting Indonesia's Community Nutrition Improvement Program as part of its contribution to achieving a Healthier Indonesia and a More Advanced Indonesia.
