مركز الدقة للعمود الفقري (CBPSJ) هو موطن تقنية Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP) — الكيروبراكتيك البيوفيزيائي — في سلطنة عُمان. مديرنا السريري، الدكتور ريتشارد مارشيتي، دكتور في العلاج بتقويم العمود الفقري وممارس معتمد بالمستوى المتقدم في تقنية CBP، هو من أدخل الكيروبراكتيك البيوفيزيائي إلى السلطنة عام 2014. وعلى مدى أكثر من عقد، مارس عمله هنا انطلاقاً من فكرة واحدة: الراحة الدائمة تأتي من تصحيح بنية العمود الفقري، لا من مجرد تسكين الأعراض. ومركز الدقة للعمود الفقري هو العيادة التي أسسها على هذه الفكرة.

تُعدّ تقنية CBP من أكثر تقنيات تقويم العمود الفقري توثيقاً في الأبحاث العلمية المنشورة على مستوى العالم. تبدأ كل خطة علاجية بفحص شامل وتحليل دقيق لصور الأشعة السينية، بحيث تُقاس محاذاة العمود الفقري، ثم تُصحَّح عبر برنامج منظّم يجمع بين جلسات التقويم والتمارين الموجّهة وشدّ العمود الفقري، ثم يُعاد قياسها للتحقق من النتيجة. يقصدنا المرضى الذين يعانون من آلام الرقبة والظهر المزمنة، والصداع، ومشكلات الغضاريف (الديسك)، والجنف، والحالات المرتبطة بوضعية الجسم.

وإلى جانب الرعاية الفردية، نتعاون مع الوزارات والشركات في برامج صحة العمود الفقري والعافية للموظفين، كما نرحّب بالمرضى الدوليين القادمين إلى سلطنة عُمان لتلقي العلاج.

CBP Precision Spine Center is Oman's home of Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP). Our Clinical Director, Dr. Richard Marchetti, DC, an Advanced Certified CBP practitioner, was the one to bring Chiropractic BioPhysics to the Sultanate in 2014. For more than a decade he has practised here around one idea: lasting relief comes from correcting the structure of the spine, not just quieting the symptoms. CBPSJ is the clinic he built on that idea.
CBP is one of the most extensively published chiropractic techniques in the world. Every care plan begins with a detailed examination and precise X-ray analysis, so that spinal alignment is measured, corrected through a structured programme of adjustments, targeted exercise, and spinal traction, and then re-measured to verify the result. Patients come to us for chronic neck and back pain, headaches, disc problems, scoliosis, and posture-related conditions.
Our integrated team brings chiropractic, physiotherapy, medical massage, and medical oversight under one roof. An in-house medical doctor supports diagnosis and provides reports for insurance reimbursement. Out of respect for our community, treatment is delivered on separate men's and women's floors, with an all-female clinical team caring for women.
Beyond individual care, we partner with ministries and companies on employee spine-health and wellness programmes, and we welcome international patients travelling to Oman for treatment.
